Key scheme rules
Recognition is evidence-led. The number of nominations does not determine who wins.
A colleague can be nominated more than once, win Employee of the Month more than once, or progress from runner-up to a later monthly winner.
Only Employees of the Month are eligible. Home Managers and colleagues in more senior roles may receive monthly recognition and the applicable voucher but cannot receive the holiday prize.
There is no cash alternative. Vouchers are issued in a format chosen by Bright Futures Accommodation and all prizes are non-transferable.
Bright Futures Accommodation makes the final destination, booking and travel arrangements. Approved travel and additional paid-leave dates depend on operational needs.
The panel may verify the evidence and exclude self-nominations, inappropriate content, incomplete entries or confidential information.
